Core pack

The weekly calendar, the cards and the digital icon picker — everything to start with today.

View and buy on Etsy — € 3.57incl. 21% Dutch VAT — Etsy applies your own country’s rate at checkout, so the total may differ slightly

"Where am I sleeping tonight?" This undated weekly calendar shows the sleeping place, who is picking up or dropping off and one activity for each day. The overview combines large picture cards with short labels.

You add your own schedule, names and roles. Blank name, role and day fields do not impose a family type or pre-filled schedule.

What is included?

  • An undated Monday-to-Sunday weekly calendar
  • Space each day for pick-up/drop-off, one activity and sleeping place
  • Three card sheets with 72 card positions for homes, sleeping, people, changeover, activities and blank cards
  • Eight countdown cards: today and 1 to 7 sleeps to go
  • Colour and low-ink calendar and countdown sheets
  • A digital icon picker: a stand-alone HTML file that lets you choose the right icon for each day on screen, give icons your own names, and print a correctly filled-in sheet straight away. Bilingual NL/EN, works fully offline with no account needed
  • Dutch and English
  • A4 and US Letter
  • One bilingual setup and printing guide

The files

00_START-HIER_NL-EN_A4-Letter2 pagesBilingual guide: page 1 A4, page 2 US Letter. Explains both routes — cutting/pasting and the digital picker.
01_Kern_NL_A4-Letter24 pagesDutch, A4 and US Letter merged into one file: colour pages plus a Mum/Dad sleep-card sheet, and the same set in low ink.
02_Core_EN_A4-Letter24 pagesEnglish version, same structure as above.
03_Kiezer_NL-ENinteractiveDigital icon picker, bilingual NL/EN with a language toggle, works fully offline.

4 files (3 PDF + 1 HTML), 50 PDF pages in total. You do not need to print them all.

How to use it

  1. Download the files and open 00_START-HIER_NL-EN_A4-Letter_v1-0.pdf first.
  2. Choose your language, paper size and colour or low ink.
  3. Print at Actual size / 100%; do not choose Fit to page.
  4. An adult cuts and attaches the cards. Self-adhesive hook-and-loop dots are not included; removable tape also works.
  5. Give the homes and people your own names and add only the cards you want to use.

What is not included

Not included: printer, paper, laminating, hook-and-loop dots, physical cards or an app. We do not ask for children’s details or offer personalisation.

How to work around that

  • Laminate + hook-and-loop dots (recommended)Cut out the cards, laminate them — at home or at a print shop or library, around € 10–20 in total — and stick a hook-and-loop dot on the board and on each card. After that, swapping a card takes seconds, week after week.
  • Got a magnetic fridge or whiteboard?Use a piece of self-adhesive magnetic sheet on the back of each card instead of hook-and-loop dots. Use one large, flat sheet per card — not a small loose magnet, which is a choking risk for young children.
  • Prefer not to stick anything?A small peg or paperclip on a string or thin batten works too, often with things you already have at home.
